VSE Awarded Contract for Material and Technical Support to Iraqi Navy
Award Represents Potential VSE Revenues of Approximately $10 Million for One Year

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--VSE Corporation (NASDAQ GS:VSEC) reported today that the GLOBAL Division of its International Group has been awarded a $10 million delivery order to provide material and technical support for the Iraqi Navy at Umm Quasar, Iraq. The scope of work includes outfitting a new Ship Repair Facility with the industrial equipment required to maintain its ships and patrol craft as well as providing ship repair technical assistance to Iraqi Navy personnel.
