Parature, a Virginia-based software company that specializes in on-demand customer service software, announced yesterday that they formed a strategic partnership with ARH, a provider of management consulting and IT services to federal, state and local governments. The partnership brings Parature into the government space with a proven partner, and is designed to provide government agencies, already engaged with ARH, Parature’s software.
Parature has primarily served commercial businesses for the past 10 years but will now also focus on supporting government organizations. They will operate their government division through Parature for Government. Duke Chung, Parature’s founder and chief strategy officer, said in a release that the partnership with ARH is "a logical next step to expand our footprint in the federal, state and local government communities."
Parature’s software, with over 16 million end-users, provides a web-based SaaS that allows companies and government agencies to better interact with and provide service for their customers.
