This position is critical to the successful implementation of JackBe’s Presto® software platform in large-scale customer environments. The Project Manager will be the primary customer interface on all matters related to the project delivery. The ability to interact at all levels of the customer organization (from C-level to user) will be imperative for this position.
What you'll be doing:
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead a team in the analysis of the customers’ business and technical requirements;
* Articulate architecture & design approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences;
* Lead a team in the design and implementation of custom enterprise mashup solutions;
* Team mentoring;
* Project reporting – customer, JackBe management;
* Project success metrics – project P&L, customer satisfaction, team satisfaction, deliverable timeliness and defect rates;
* Statement of Work (SOW) definitions – pre and post-sales;
* General Project Management duties:
o Establish project schedules;
o Define deliverables;
o Define JackBe and customer project responsibilities;
o Identify assumptions;
o Integrate into the customer SDLC/Change Management process;
o Achieve successful project closeout and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need:
* Strong project management background - 7+ years in an enterprise software environment
* Proven success in delivering complex enterprise applications, to include data integration projects
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Excellent team and team leadership skills
* Project management using Agile development methodology
* Excellent independent work skills – senior company representative in customer environment for extended duration (3 month to 1 year implementations)
* Flexibility to travel as necessary
* Ability to quickly understand new software platform technologies and articulate value to technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Experience:
* PMP certification
* Certified ScrumMaster or RUP certification
* Project management experience in SOA or Web 2.0 environment
* Project Management for a DoD customer
Additional Requirements:
* Must be a US citizen
