CPS Awarded Multi-Million Dollar LSS Contract

CPS Professional Services, LLC, was awarded a multi-million dollar contract with the United States Transportation Security Administration, for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training and Consulting Services. CPS will provide staff training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. CPS Professional Services, LLC (CPS) is a Management Consulting company that designs and delivers performance-based solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness; with a focus on Business Transformation and Performance Management. The Program Manager leading this effort is Mr. Donald Webb, a certified Master Black Belt with over 20 years of industry experience and over 10 years’ experience applying and presenting Lean and Six Sigma concepts to organizations and their leadership. The CPS Team will assist TSA in developing a comprehensive, self-sustaining Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training Program. CPS is ready to train TSA employees in Lean Six Sigma methodology, enabling them to propagate the methodology throughout the organization and across all projects. Under Mr. Webb’s leadership, CPS will provide Executive/Project Sponsor training for TSA executive and process owners, and Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt and Instructor Techniques training as well as related consulting to other TSA personnel.
